Thai Spring Rolls Recipe


These vegetarian friendly appetizers are a definite crowd pleaser, easy to make, and actually no cooking necessary.


Ingredients:

1/3 Head Green Cabbage, chopped

1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts

1 Cup Thin Rice Noodles, pre-cooked

5 Green Onions, chopped

1/4 Cup Carrots, grated

1/4 Cup Cilantro

1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp. Limejuice

1/2 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated

Spring Roll Wrappers


Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, bean sprouts, noodles, onions, carrots, cilantro, soy sauce, limejuice, and ginger.


Submerge the spring roll wrappers in hot water for 15 seconds each.  Put about 2 Tbsp. of the cabbage mixture into the center of the wrapper, and fold up the rolls.
