Chicken Panang Recipe


This curry recipe is always a popular Thai dish.


Ingredients:

2 oz. Panang Curry Paste

1 Tbsp. Sugar

12 oz. Chicken Breast, sliced

1 package Coconut Milk Concentrate

12 oz. Chicken Stock or Water

2 Tbsp. Ground Peanuts

2 oz. Fish Sauce

5 Thai Basil Leaves

1/2 tsp. Ground Red Chili


Directions:

In a wok over medium heat, place the curry paste and sugar.  As they mix together, add the chicken and mix together.


Mix in the coconut milk and chicken stock/water, when the chicken is almost finished cooking, add the peanuts, fish sauce, basil, bell peppers, and red chili and let simmer for 10 minutes.
